How do I get my photos and videos onto it?
Plug the Orb into a computer with the USB-C cable. It shows up like a USB stick, so you just drag your files across. Photos should be JPEG and videos MP4. Most phone videos need a quick convert first so they play smoothly on the round screen. The instructions show you how, using the free converter tool provided.
Is a memory card included?
Yes. It comes with a 4GB memory card, so there is nothing extra to buy.
How long does the battery last?
Around 2–4 hours of play per charge. For all-day display, leave it plugged into any USB plug and it keeps playing.
Can I hang it on the Christmas tree?
Yes, it comes with a hanging cord. It is solid and has some weight to it, so pick a sturdy branch, or sit it on a shelf or bedside table.
Standard or Wi-Fi: what's the difference?
Both look and play the same. The Standard version loads by USB cable with no app needed. The Wi-Fi version also lets you send files wirelessly through a companion app, which is named in the instructions.
Does it play sound?
Yes, there is a built-in 0.5W speaker. Hold the dial left or right to change the volume.
How long does delivery take?
