Shipping policy

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free on every order. There are no extra fees at checkout: the price you see is the total you pay us.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and usually arrive within 5–12 working days in total. The Memora Orb ships from our supplier's warehouse in China, so please allow the full delivery window. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Import charges

You won't be asked to pay customs, import VAT or handling fees on delivery. If a courier ever asks you to, don't pay it. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email cefandjub@gmail.com with your order number. We'll track it down and, if it's lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
