How do I put my photos and videos on it?
Your media is stored on a microSD (TF) card. Copy your photos, videos and music onto the card from your computer, using the USB cable included. The instructions in the box walk you through it.
Do my videos need converting?
The Orb plays MP4 videos and JPEG photos. Some videos may need converting first, using the free software the supplier provides.
How much can it hold?
It supports a microSD card of up to 4GB. A card isn't listed in the box contents, so you may need to use your own.
Does it play sound?
Yes. It has a small built-in 0.5W speaker. You change the volume with the dial.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes. It has a rechargeable battery and charges via USB-C.
How big is it?
The sphere is 70mm (2.7") across, with a 2.1" round screen inside. The shell is plastic.
Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1–3 working days. They usually arrive within 5–12 working days in total, as the Orb ships from our supplier's warehouse in China.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free. There are no extra fees at checkout and no import charges to pay on delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We only deliver to UK addresses at the moment.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We'll email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Returns & problems
Can I return it?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. See our Refund policy for the details.
My Orb arrived damaged or faulty. What now?
Email us with your order number and a photo or video. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a refund or a replacement, and you won't pay any return costs.

How do I delete my data or stop emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or make a request on our data request page.
