These terms apply when you buy from Memora through this website. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Memora is a trading name of a sole trader based in England, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at cefandjub@gmail.com or by phone on 07754403309. Our store runs on Shopify. When you buy from us, your contract is with Memora, not Shopify, and Shopify isn't responsible for the sale.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to place an order. We sell to consumers in the UK for personal use.

3. The product

We describe the Memora Orb as accurately as we can. Product photos are for illustration, and the screen and colours may look slightly different in person. The Orb plays media from a microSD card. Please check the product page for what's included in the box.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. UK delivery is free, and there are no hidden fees. We're not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. We take payment when you place your order.

If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order

After you order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we send that confirmation. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because the product is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and details are in our Shipping policy. The Orb becomes your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you give us.

7. Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, and faulty items are covered by your legal rights. Full details are in our Refund policy.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights in relation to the product. We're not responsible for business losses, as we only sell for personal use.

9. Your personal information

We only use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

10. Using this website

The text and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. Product images are supplied by our supplier for use in selling the product. Please don't copy them for commercial use.

11. Complaints

If you're unhappy, please email cefandjub@gmail.com and we'll try to put it right. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.
